Oyster Valve Cleaning System

In response to the continuous evolution of the market and consequently the needs of our customers, we at Valvengineering believe in the continuous development of products and solutions capable of satisfying the most demanding applications.

In line with this philosophy, we have recently developed an integrated valve cleaning system which allows the user to clean the inside of the valve from any product residue (using air or washing products) or to assist with the passage of difficult product (for example with N2 jet). A key feature of the design is that when they are not in operation, they remain closed to prevent any ingress of product.

Proprio seguendo questa filosofia, abbiamo sviluppato un sistema di pulizia integrato della valvola tramite un sistema efficiente, il quale permette di pulire da residui di prodotto l’interno della valvola stessa (tramite aria o prodotti di lavaggio) oppure aiutare con il passaggio di prodotti difficoltosi o igroscopici (con l’ausilio di N2). Una caratteristica fondamentale è che il sistema garantisce la tenuta ed impedisce qualsiasi ritorno di prodotto all’interno del sistema stesso.
